Add in the meat, and then stir in curry paste.
In another frying pan, sauté onion, Shallot, and egg altogether.
Give a little pepper and salt
Add in sautéed meat into the onion mixture and stir well.
Prepare dumpling skin, fill in all the ingredients, and fold.
In another frying pan, fry martabaks lightly.
Martabaks are ready to serve!
